This page explains in plain words what data the site mdcgroup.uz and the bot @mdcgroup_bot collect, why, and how we handle it.
What data we receive
- The name, phone number and task text you enter in the website form or send to the bot.
- What you need, your language and the page of the site you sent the request from.
- If you write through the Telegram bot: your Telegram ID and username.
- Technical request data: an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address (we do not store the address itself) and the browser name. They protect the form from spam.
Why we need it
Only to contact you about your request, discuss the task and prepare a proposal. We do not sell the data and do not use it for mailings without your consent.
Who sees it
The request reaches MDC Group staff in Telegram. The data is stored on our server, and only the team has access to it. Telegram is used to run the bot and deliver notifications.
How long we keep it
As long as it is needed to contact you and work on the project. You can ask us at any time to delete or correct your data.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies for tracking. If we add analytics, we will say so on this page.
